many formulations are being manufactured
with Sugar Syrup
as the base.
The common practice to prepare
the syrups is by dissolving sugar
in a hot water and keep on stirring
the till all the sugar gets dissolved.
This is not only time-consuming but
also energy expensive as lot ofheat
energy is utilized in heating the
water .
Cold process for syrup utilizes Mechanical
Energy much more efficiently instead
ofHeat energy to carry out the process
os dissolving sugar in water.
A High shear Dispersion In-line Machine
utilizes the mechanical energy to
impart very high shear to the sugar
crystal and breaks the same for dissolution
in water. This saves lot of energy
which otherwise was used in the conventional
process.
High-pressure dispersion unit not
only breaks the sugar crystal rapidly,
it creates the pumping action which
can be used for recirculation of the
solute or filter the same through
the filter and transfer the same to
other vessel if required.
The plants can be offered for syrup
batch sizes from 500 liters to 5000
liters.
