The size and the shape of the bottle can be anything. With the set of adopter bushes, any shape and size of the bottle can be washed on this machine.
The machine comprises of precision turret to operate the bottle carrier, which rotates at a fixed speed. Bottles are loaded by one operator on the loading end of the turret. A mechanism designed to move the turret stage-wise by means of Geneva Gear mechanism moves the bottles from one stage to her stage. A timer operated or cam-operated micro switch operates the forceful jet of water to clean the bottles. A regular sequence of washing cycles is set to carry out the cleaning. They are by hot water, plane water, detergent water, etc.
The Turret brings the set of the bottles cleaned in the set sequence arrive at the unloading stage where they are picked up by the unloading operator.
There are set of two tanks. Connected with these tanks, there are two pumps, which pressurize the cleaning fluid to the cleaning nozzles.
A heater arrangement with the Thermostat is also provided to heat the water for cleaning of the bottles, which are difficult to clean.
The entire machine is sturdily built as per the cGMP standards and good engineering practices. The machines are manufactured in Standard as well as GMP models
