FUNCTIONS :
Empty Containers are fed manually or automatically throughturn table to the fed in flat beltconveyor. The empty containers are being carried away by the belt conveyor up to the filling station. At the filling station four containers are selected and pushed forward through a chute on a platform below the filling subsequent batches of containers are filled and further pushed forward on the collection platform and the process and the process goes on.

FILLING ACCURACY : +/- 0.1%

GMP MODEL : Up to 200 gm. With interchangeable syringe pumps, 3 – 30 gm., 30-100 gm. and 100-200 gm. speed 25-30 containers per minute.
GMP MODEL : up to 70 gm. with interchangeable syringe pumps, 3-20gm. and 20-7- gm. Speed 50-60 containers per minute.
GMP MODEL : From 3-25 gms. with interchangeable parts for filling anyone size of containers. Speed 80,100 and 120 containers per minute. Depending upon the volume andviscosity of the material to be filled and the size of the containers, the filling speed varies
All contact parts in S. S. 316 and Teflon.

APPLICATIONS : Filling pain balm, creams, ointments, wax polish, Vaseline, wax, petroleum jelly products and all types of semi liquid in hot and cold condition.
